Our cleaning service agreement
NORNOR Cleaning commits to providing cleaning services precisely as agreed upon in your quote, message, booking confirmation, or invoice. We ensure that only the services explicitly listed are included in our agreement, unless otherwise specified and mutually agreed upon.

Cancellations and changes
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to modify or cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations or changes made with shorter notice, an additional fee may apply.

Payment terms
For your convenience, we prefer payments to be made via bank transfer. Specific payment terms and conditions will be outlined in your invoice.

Handling accidental breakages
In the rare event of an accidental breakage during our service, please notify us immediately by phone or email, providing evidence of the incident. We will address the situation promptly and fairly, within 24 hour .
